"A nice clean store and easy access from the road. Nice central location, too. The parking lot is great. I like the perks offered when you spend money. You get rewards that are used for money off your purchase. Coupons are made available occasionally. The prices are competitive, it seems. I gave it 4 stars due to the fact that the staff appears to not be very knowledgeable when asked specific questions about the products they sell or the pet the product is for, I found that odd. So, if you need assistance, I suggest Google it instead."

"I ordered a delivery order from this location and they were absolutely wonderful. I couldn’t get a few of the items I ordered fulfilled, but they included a few other little goodies and treats for my pup and a tennis ball which he loved. They also wrote him a little happy birthday note when they saw I ordered his birthday cake mix. Definitely going to start taking my business to their location! "Love this location for products but mostly for their grooming! I have a 3 year old pit bull who’s almost completely blind but a sweetheart! Danielle and Jessica both do a wonderful job with her! She’s always excited when I tell her it’s time to go get pretty! I couldn’t ask for a better grooming squad! That’s what keeps me coming back and the entire staff in the store is always friendly and acknowledges us every time we come in!"

"Been to this store here and there for my dogs’ treats and dog food and usually have a good experience, but I had an especially awesome one yesterday with Will! He came and helped get me a really high huge bag of dog food that was of course the absolute last one of my dogs’ brand and protein, covered by 5 other bags on the top shelf. I felt so terrible asking anyone to grab it for me cause it was so high up and buried! But Will was beyond happy to get it for me, and with a big smile the whole time. He was SO polite, helpful and kind! A wonderful employee with an awesome energy. I will definitely come back to this location. Thank you again so much Will!! :)"
