"this place is absolutely ridiculous. i understand they take a certain percentage of items to sell it for, but they’re really taking advantage of this. i’ve personally brought in plenty of good items and was offered $3 one time. It’s insulting actually. I’ve seen people walk in with 3+ bags and they didn’t take a single thing. And Ive also seen out of style, worn out clothes on the rack. While they won’t accept good quality with the tag still on it. They don’t go off of what sells, they go off what they like personally which is completely unprofessional and rude. They need to be more inclusive and put in more effort to learn how to run a business more than just ran by teenage girls. All types of people go here, they shouldn’t only be putting the same style on the racks. I’m grossed out on how they’ve declined people of good offers. I won’t be going anymore. When you’re constantly getting reviews with the same message, maybe it’s time to change something. This is my personal experience."

"Don't listen to the negative reviews based on others not having a good experience while selling. When I first walked in to sell, the ladies at the counter were super friendly greeting myself and my toddler. She told me that it may take up to 2-4 hours to review because of how busy they were which is totally understandable (I noticed two other girls sorting through other clothes as quickly as they could). I dropped my clothes off around 1:30 and they were ready at 5. I ended up getting more than I expected based on other reviews I read ($76 for 12 items) and the ladies understood that my boyfriend had to pick it in my behalf. I'll definitely come back! Thanks to all you ladies who were working yesterday :)"
