"I usually don’t leave reviews but I just left this Woodhaven location making a purchase for a trip scheduled for tomorrow. There was no greeting upon entry, the employees were congregating near the entrance talking and laughing amongst themselves really loud, not one person offered any assistance as myself and my husband wondered about the store looking for a fragrance set. As soon as I opened a drawer pulling out a box a female worker approached with a couple and also placed her hands on the box I’m assuming in attempt to remove the box from my hand to give it yo a Caucasian couple which was very rude. I said excuse me as the female goes on to say oh you can have one too. The entire situation could have gone left but I maintained my composure. People who work with the public should be required to undergo diversity training because I know some males and females that would have slapped the taste out of her mouth."

"Staff at the Southland center are so much more helpful and friendly. At Southland location they actually greet you happily at the door and make it exciting to be at the store. You can tell they love the product and are excited about it too. Makes you WANT to buy more. At Southland it's easy to get help and the employees love to talk with you about the products. Total opposite here. Staff seemed more interested in their conversations with other employees than with customers. I'll stick to Southland."

"Went there for my second time in a month and the store was fullof people and employees. Even the manager Tasha was there that i spoke to when i complained about the first time i went there, and guess whst? My experience was the same!! No help, got greeted 1 time after about 10 min in the store. WHAT A JOKE, IM DONE IM GOING TO SOUTHLAND LOCATION!! Where they actually care about their customers."
