"I never leave bad reviews especially if I’ve only had one bad experience. This location in particular never greets me or seems interesting in helping certain customers. Twice I’ve been ignored after politely asking for help while they talk about upcoming vacations/the latest in store gossip. I definitely feel black customers are treated less than. Much prefer novi or Farmington hills, although this location is closer to me."

"This store and these employees... exceptional might not be a strong enough word. I believe that the corporate folks who run Bath & Body Works should do a study on this store, located inside Laurel Park Place in Livonia, Michigan, and figure out how to make all their stores run this well. I came in on Thanksgiving weekend with a return. It was busy and I had an issue because part of the order was on my credit card and the other a giftcard. Char the store manager and Wendy another associate went above and beyond to help me. Truly, unparalleled customer service. They were kind, patient, friendly, thorough, knowledgable, and ensured that my issue was resolved. They even had to call the BBW customer service number. This all took time and they never once, ONCE made me feel like my issue was a nuisance or I was in the way. They helped me and continued to move the line quickly and maintain a positive attitude towards everyone. The store is immaculately clean, every person I ever talk to in here is friendly with a bright personality. Char and Wendy are 2 phenomenal employees. As a customer, you don't see folks that wait on you outside of their job, but I can tell and sense, these 2 folks are genuinely good humans and they bring this into their work. Blown away by my service. Give these folks a raise and someone at BBW headquarters, acknowledge these 2 and this store! Employees like Char and Wendy keep your business thriving. In a world where there is so much competition and products everywhere, having people like Char and Wendy behind your brand really makes your company standout. Thank you so much Char and Wendy.
