Very unusual to have a back up tech good as well. They are on time with appointments, which I've never had at any other salon."

"Place is relatively clean for a nail salon and the techs are professional and kind. They made sure we got the nails shaped and colored the way we wanted. Minus one star as they forgot a top coat on one hand, leaving one hand glossy and the other matte (only noticed after leaving due to cuticle oil making both look shiny)."

"This was my 5th visit. I've had three different nail technicians give me a dip powder manicure and they all seem to be equally skilled. My nails look great and they always last at least 3 weeks without lifting, chipping or cracking. I've never had such consistent, high quality service. I'm not easy on my nails, either. I cook, clean, and garden and I rarely remember gloves. I'm happy and impressed. Update: still feel great about Pro Nails. Just had my nails done again and they look great. 12/27/23 Visit # 73, still love it. Got my favorite color, nude with gold glitter dip powder. It will last three weeks, easily because you won't be able to see the line between the acrylic and my cuticles. I'm and out in an hour with a pedicure! Can't beat Pro Nails!"
