"Walked in around 5 p.m. The man and woman were very kind, friendly and welcoming. They both took the time to help find a proper pair of shoes, being that I will be on my feet for 12-16 hours shifts. They both seemed to genuinely care about making sure I had the right fit, even though I wasn't able to get adult shoes, they found the perfect pair of kids shoes that are quite comfortable, and cute! My heel does not pop out of the back of the shoe, nor does it rub which would only cause blisters. My toes are not smashed against the front either. Perfect amount of space, perfect fit. I've just moved to the area, and have had a heck of a time finding scrubs. I say this because they were even kind enough to help me find a different location to get scrubs, because every place I had been today either didn't have any, or not the correct size. Super friendly, kind, caring and compassionate folks. I'll definitely be back. Thanks again you two!!! I'm just sorry I didn't get their names."
"I was so excited to go to my first running store. I found a shoe I loved and asked if I could possibly order in a different color. I was told “we can’t play the color game with everyone” and “people ask questions they know the answer to”. I received an eye roll, a huff and “I guess”. I really am not picky I just wanted to ask as hot pink is not really my color. I’ve never been shamed and felt like a nuisance in a store before. Especially when I was willing to buy the 140$ shoes. I ended up leaving because the tone and condescending comments gave me anxiety. I bought the shoe at another store but I wish I could have supported this small business."
"Horrible service. Upgrades my kids into a different running shoe and says any issues bring them back. I followed all his rules to be able to bring them back. My daughter couldn’t wear because they caused knee pain. Brought them back and was told me her knee pain was not the shoes fault. Funny how she can run in her old brooks ghosts and not have any issues. He then told me I could call brooks or he would sell me a new pair at a discounted price. Ummm. No thanks. I will never be back."
"Back when I was a kid, I have vivid memories of visiting this store with my Grandma to purchase running shoes. Although I'm no longer actively competing as a runner, I recently found myself in need of a new pair for my occasional runs. Today, I had the pleasure of stopping by for old times' sake, and it was so nostalgic. Whenever I require new shoes in the future, I will definitely be returning to this location. Thank you so much."
