"I have gone to JBF Grand Rapids twice a year since 2020 and I love going, I often recommend it to friends and strangers. The selection is great and you can't beat the prices. I gave 3 stars because the most recent sale (fall 2023) was not as nice as it usually is, the toy area was especially junky looking and so crammed with stuff that it was hard to shop - normally I buy a lot of toys but I didn't this time because of that. They have made the aisles so narrow now that it's almost impossible to get through. I always go to pre-sale days because it's supposed to be less crowded but they are selling so many pre-sale tickets now that it's like the regular shopping days with how crowded it is and with multiple consigner drop offs during the week it's almost not worth doing pre-sale anymore unless you are looking for one of the large items that go quickly. Also, I was very disappointed in the way a ticket issue was handled by management well before the sale. I'll still keep attending the sale but like I said, I likely won't keep doing pre-sale days."

"This is my favorite place to both shop and sell. I have gone to pretty much every sale for the last 8-10 years. Now, I go to shop and to sell. There are thousands of items from books to strollers to clothing. It is a consignment sale so each consignor prices their own items and are usually pretty competitive. Baby items and toys are checked for recalls to keep your family safe. I don’t know how JBF does it, but the sale gets better every year!"

"The JBF sale is my favorite place to shop for my little girl. I can always find a bunch of clothes, toys, and more for her. I love finding great deals and hiding them away for future Christmas and birthday gifts. The selection of clothes is always awesome as well. JBF has also quickly become my favorite place to sell what my daughter has outgrown. I’ve tried selling to stores in the past and it’s exhausting to get a tote full of clothes back bc it’s not what they were looking for. I now only sell her clothes with JBF, whatever doesn’t sell (which isn’t much) is donated so I’m done!"

"I absolutely love JBF. I have attended Many jbf sales. It is like several days of Black Friday excitement. You can find everything baby/toddler and teen at this sale! Since the sale is twice a year, I have no reason to buy clothes anywhere else!"

"The selection is always amazing. Thousands of items. It is consignment so each person sets their own prices but it’s pretty competitive. They do a great job of trying to pull out worn stained old items off the racks and only sell clothing in great condition! Toys, books, baby items, games, puzzles, costumes, shoes, accessories, sporting goods, and so much more!"
