"Best experience for pedicures. I always ask for Kim. She gives extra care and extra time. Very gentle and patient. I appreciate it so much, because I had a bad experiences at another salon in Kentwood a few years ago. I'm sure all the other ladies at Chic Nails are wonderful as well, but I have only asked for Kim so far. Even though I live further away now, I don"t mind traveling to have awesome treatment."

"Went here to get my nails done before my wedding. The lady that did my nails used a spinning tool on my nails and pushed it into my cuticles which caused 3 of my fingers to bleed around the nail bed. I don't think she knew what she was doing because my sisters got their nails dont by another lady and didn't bleed. The next day, the polish started to crack and I had no time to go back to the salon to get them fixed. Not only were they cracked, the gel manicure was very poorly done around the cuticle line. Do not come here. Picture is not even a week after I got them done."
