"OMG!!! I got my hair done dark red on 2/10/24 by Carmen and it was THE BEST experience I’ve had at Aveda by far!!! She was such a lovely person and did a wonderful job on my hair. I LOVE IT. The whole time I was there she chatted with me, check in on me regularly, asked if I need anything, and explained the process to me rather well. One of the things I love about Aveda is always meeting new stylists but Carmen made me sad I couldn’t have her regularly! She made sure I left those doors as stylish as can be with more confidence than I’ve done ver had before. I actually loved her so much I told my sister to request her when she got her hair dyed the following week! My sister told me she did a great job for her too and she had just as much of a great experience."

"I had the pleasure of working with Trinity S and would happily give her 5 stars! I walked in very indecisive and looking like a hot mess with three levels of grow out in three shades of color - not counting the grey. I didn't know what I wanted, but I had 3 stipulations: no dramatic cut, no red, and super low maintenance. Trinity did a reverse balayage with a fresh trim and some curls. She put a LOT of hard work into making my hair look amazing. She managed to give me a low maintenance color that will allow my natural color to grow in and look so much more natural than what I had had before. 10/10 would recommend!!!"

"My teenage daughter booked appointments at the Institute. She loved her facial and I enjoyed a relaxing massage. The facilities do not appear like a typical beauty school, it looks more like a real salon! Everyone working there was very courteous and professional. My massage therapist, Kirsten L., was really good- a natural for this type of work! The instructor working with the students was also really great! I will definitely go back."
