"I never leave reviews, but I left here in tears. Unfortunately, my experience at Thai Cottage was not great. The man that did my nails was very rude to me, and did not do a good job. I tried to ask him to fix them in a way I would be happy with before he put any polish on, and he was very irritated with me and was really rough with my nails from there on out. I tried to joke with him and make small talk, but he made it very clear he didn’t want to talk. I’m so upset with how I was treated and the way they turned out. They are all different lengths and shapes and i’m so disappointed."

"I came in last minute for an acrylic manicure and regular pedicure. The gentleman who did my nails did a great job. I like how late they are open, for people who work until 5pm."

"I hate to leave negative reviews but I feel this is necessary. When I arrived, they were very slow, but acted annoyed that I was there. The station they directed me to was visibly dirty and gross. You could see that every tool they used on my nails had not been cleaned. The man doing my nails watched videos on his phone while he was supposedly doing my nails????? Everything felt extremely rushed, there was no massage at all. Lastly, I’m not sure what happened but my nails literally never dried. It’s been hours and the polish is just smudging around. I had to remove it myself because it looked terrible. I don’t know that I have ever had this bad of an experience. I feel embarrassed because I should have just left when they initially sat me at that dirty station, but I felt rude!"

"AWFUL. I set up two appts for a full set and fill for me and my friend. Immediately when we walked in we were rushed to pick a color. My friend was told her previous nails were not able to be filled which was not true at all. We were sat across the salon from each other and every time my friend would show Diane a design she would say she can’t do it or won’t. Then she would speak very loud to the man and they would both start laughing, normally i wouldn’t think anything of this but it was happening multiple times after we would talk to them so they were very clearly making fun of us. I asked for coffins and these are literally the worst coffins i’ve ever seen they’re thick, squares and crooked. The guy didn’t clip my nails or my cuticles overall was in a major rush and didn’t do a good job. I took the nails off after a week, now my nails are extremely damaged and I will never be coming back."
