"Shear Excellence, A great place to get a Hair Cut. Jamie has recently took over the business and is doing a great job. I always call for an appointment, they can usually get me in the same day, If not I can usually get in the next day. They Schedule the cuts and have always been timely getting me in, no waiting because they are running behind. Very professional and doing a great job. Reasonably priced hair cuts. (Oh, they do take walk ins, but wont do a walk in if it's going to cause them to be late for their next client.) It's really best for all to call for your appointment."

"I have got my haircut here every since I moved from the other side of the state in January. They do a great job with hair cuts, but ever since Michelle sold the business to Jamie, customer service is lacking greatly. Casey cuts my hair and is always a pleasure to talk to. I always tip graciously, as I know they work hard and I schedule haircuts every 2 weeks, since my hair grows so fast.Since I moved I have had 4 times previous to today where I was running late by a few minutes, today I was on a business call that ran late and I called 6 minutes after appointment to reschedule with Casey, she was able to switch me to Friday. I then get a call and voicemail from Jamie asking for me to call back. Now I have been going here for 6 months and haven't had a period where I was late in 2 months. I call back and she tells me because I have been late or called after appointment, that they are cancelling my appointment for Friday. I then explain my situation, she doesn't care and repeats the same thing. I clarify if they still want my business and she beat around the bush, until I ask her to be direct and she said they don't. So at this point I understand they are busy, but being considerate is a two way street and it is also important to have facts, so one doesn't exaggerate the truth. This review reflects Jamie's poor customer service skills and unfortunately her approach will hurt her business in the long run."

"I've only been to this barber once, but I am highly pleased! The lady that cut my hair made it look great, and did so quickly (good for those on a tight schedule). She obviously has experience cutting hair, and I have had several complements on the cut. She was very friendly, and the icing on the cake? It was inexpensive, so I didn't have to break the bank for a quick trim. Thanks Shear Excellence!"
