After a couple minutes on hold she came back and said Yes we have that and would hold it for me. 38 minute drive to kalamazoo only to find out No they didnt have it. What she had waiting for me was a shoe, not a boot. Not good...v&a bootery was a huge waste of time"

"Big sale on a Saturday so the store was crowded. We were waited on quickly. Their staff are always knowledgeable about the brands they sell and helpful in making sure your chosen shoe fits great. Our favorite store for shoes for years!"

"I've bought probably 5 or 6 pairs of shoes from this location over the past few years. Every single time I go in there, without fail, the sales associates are rude. I don't know if it's because I look young, and they assume I can't afford to shop there, but I have yet to have a good experience. Today, I attempted to shop there to buy a new pair of shoes. Yet again, I had a rude sales associate. In fact, I left without buying the shoes I needed, and I will be taking my purchases online to literally any other shop. I love supporting small and local businesses, but frankly, I'm tired of their associates being rude or dismissive. It's not worth it. I have given this store so many additional chances, and today was the last time chance they'll get from me. If you are under 40, or look under 40, don't bother wasting your time here with the rude staff. I really hope the staff does some training on treating customers fairly, and not make assumptions about a customer because they look young. *Shrug* either way, it doesn't really matter to me if they do training, because I won't be shopping there again, and I will make sure all of my friends also never shop here. Anyway, good luck with your much-needed staff training."
