"I came in to the store to buy a Christmas sweater and the line was extremely long with only one person doing check out. I was told that the cashier would check to make sure the lights on my sweater would work but when I asked them to do it I got attitude. The cashier checked the lights and they didn't work so I asked for a discount. I was told I could replace it and told no on the discount. I complained again and the cashier offered to change the battery with another one so I said ok and they gave me so much attitude. The cashier didn't offer me the receipt and instead ripped it up."

"Spencer's is still the same as when I was a kid! Still lots and lots of lava lamps. Most were overheating with all the lava up near the top (at home I use a dimmer to cut the lamp down a bit; that lets it run all night). The fun t-shirts are all still there (including some unexpected deep cuts like Trick R' Treat !). Of course, in the back, all the more adult toys and gear. Spencer's is still cool."

"Chelsea is my main girl oh my God she's amazing. She helps so much and she really treats you like your best friend helping you shop and makes the whole experience way more fun. She's always on top of her game and the store is always great because of her and her team she's with. I love this Spencer's because of her and her team. I only like going to this one because of that and how welcomed I feel."
