"My husband and 5 year old hatched a plan to get her ears pierced..I wasn't ready. The staff here was great. They were patient and explained everything to her and to us (it's been many years since I got mine done). She got to hold the Claire bear as a distraction. We got specific care instructions. They had 2 team members do both ears at once so it was easier and less traumatic. I was nervous about a mall store getting her ears pierced but they did a great job."

"I got my ears pierced there, and it wasn't that bad! Staff was friendly and the person who pierced my ears was friendly. Nice selection of earrings too."

"A lot of people hate on Claire’s, and say not to go there. But it has great things for younger children. Nice jewelry, and if you get your ears pierced and they get infected it’s just because you don’t know how to take care of them. I’ve gotten both my piercings from there, and they’re fine. But personally wouldn’t go to get piercing other than lobes and upper lobes, because they use a piercing gun."

"We went to get the twins ears pierced and from the moment we walked in, it seemed like it was a problem. The service associate acted completely annoyed with our presence from the moment our turn in line came. We asked if we could make an appointment for it after her moping around and trying to lie about the options available. In a nasty manner she said no. After a wonderful experience for my oldest at Claire's, l will be finding a new provider for the rest of my children ."
