"Kentucky fried Chicken used to be good now they don't take pride in it anymore when you order a meal it's expensive anyway and then to come home and find out that your potatoes are running your biscuits are hard and flat and the chicken is dry as if it had been sitting there for a long that was always one of my favorite places to have chicken but not I will not be going back to KFC in Elkhart Indiana and I still believe that they should wear gloves on their hands when they get that food and I still believe that they should wear hairnets on their hair I have found hair in my food also totally disgusting and when you say something about it well how do you know it wasn't yours that dropped in there because you made the food and I just brought it home anyway I suggest if you want good go someplace different because KFC has become a very nasty place and they don't even care about the people they hire in there they don't set the rules down to him to be clean"
"Whole experience was horrible! Employees were rude and unprofessional. Chicken was dry and old. Coleslaw was just chopped up cabbage not even prepared. Mash potatoes were cold and hard with thick improperly prepared globs of salty brown slim i think was supposed to be gravy. Whole night shift needs replaced or at least trained in the minimum procedures. Thank you. Wont be going again."

"Just got chicken here and it’s awful so nasty can’t eat it ! If I lived closer I would have taken it back .. like it was sitting soaking in grease !!! Last time we ever get food there .I understand completely about everyone being short staffed but when you spend your hard earned money you should at least get decent food ! I don’t mind waiting longer if it’s good food !"
