"The manager here needs a HUGE thank you! She needs some recognition to the fullest. Even with the skeleton crew they have there, she is always making sure the customers are taken care of to the fullest. She makes sure her crew is taken care of, too. I personally witnessed an extremely rude man being impatient and starting to become rude with the crew there. The manager there (I'm sorry, I don't know her name) made sure that her team member was okay after the customer was rude to the team member. Kudos to you all! Keep up the hard work."

Had an issue with an order and couldn't believe how quickly they fixed the issue and remade everything fresh even though I had already left! "We are here eating now.. I have NEVER EVER seen a manager like the one tonight. My husband and I was standing in line looking at the menu to see what we wanted to order, as we were looking the store got really busy.. inside and drive thru. The 3 employees that we’re working we’re doing great, they was trying their hardest to keep it pushing. Next thing you know the manager Tabitha came running thru the door. She seen her restaurant got busy (after getting off and just getting home) and she FLEW back to her store to help her employees.. THAT is a great manager!! She probably told her employees she appreciated them 10 times while we were sitting there. FOOD WAS fresh and service was great and fast!! Seriously shout out To Tara and Tabatha, for keeping smiles and friendly attitudes awhile being slammed. We need more managers like this!!!"

"Have you ever ate at Popeyes in Laporte? I’m sorry if you had bad experience, but I dined in for lunch today. Tabitha the general manager was very sweet and pleasant to speak with. Kelsey the district manager was very helpful and kind. They all are working very hard and you should go eat there sometime. Food was very fresh and served in a timely manner."
