"Have patience during lunch. There was only one waitress when we visited and it was quite busy for one person to handle. Because of this, our food didn't get to us while hot (it was barely holding heat). We enjoyed playing along with the trivia to pass the time."

"From arriving , we sat for over 25 minutes with no one greeting us, bringing a menu, or even acknowledging our presence. My husband had to get an employee's attention to ask if we could get a waitress. When a waitress finally came to our table asking for our order, we had to bring it to her attention we didn't have any menus. Totally oblivious to her surroundings. We ordered food and drinks and waited probably another 30 minutes before a kitchen worker brought out our food. We asked if we could get silverware, napkins, and drinks from the new arriving worker who was able to tend to most of our needs but informed us she could not fulfill the beer refill for my husband. Not sure why no explanation was given and she appeared of age. While eating our food the original waitress never returned and my husband had to share a soft drink with our son in order to have anything to drink with his meal. My meal was so overcooked the breading of the pretzel bites were rock hard and inedible. My husband got the manager and addressed all of these issues to which he only offered a discount and brought my husband his refill. We sat approximately another 25-30 minutes and we already had finished eating prior to the management getting involved and still no one checked on our table at all. One of our party had to go retrieve take out boxes herself from the carry out counter workers and my husband again had to track down the manager to even get our bill. The manager seemed absolutely incapable of acknowledging his employees were struggling or even able to handle basic communication to meet a person's needs in his industry. If I could give this visit zero stars I would. Highly disappointing since we used to really enjoy this venue but after this visit we will likely not return."

"This doesn’t look like SAUCE. Got it for take-out. When we called we were put on hold for 10 mins and no one picked it back up. and not only did they forget our other order of fries but the wings are covered in dry powder, not sauce."

"This location is only slightly better than the Michigan City one. Very expensive, the cooks really don't seem to care about the sauce on the wings. Server was nice, but not attentive really at all. Didn't check on us much, seemed to disappear more than not. Didn't even ask if I wanted a refill on my drink halfway thru the meal. I spent $54 on the meal, that's kind of a lot."
