"Bad experience. I was the only one in there. Gave order and when I got home discovered both burgers were made wrong—even after picking off the onions and pickles I could still taste them. -/ gross! Come on guys! Cost me $31 for 2 burgers and a tiny fry order."

"Food is good, but service is kind of crazy. Took forever to get food also we ordered two shakes with our meal which did not even get made until we were pretty much done with our food. We watched 5 people work in the grill part and 1 person work the register which is also the person who makes the shakes. Instead of making our shakes the person kept leaving to tend to the 1 or 2 customers every few minutes where the worker could have simply said “I’ll be with you in just a moment” and finished making our 2 shakes instead of stopping in the middle every few minutes. Not very impressed honestly. Another thing the prices are obscene for being “fast food”"

"Decent restaurant. I had the bacon cheeseburger with fries and it was okay not the best restaurant burger I’ve had but it wasn’t bad. Fries could have been better and with less salt. An issue I have is paying $50+ for two burgers, one small fry and large fry with two small drinks and a milkshake. The milkshake wasn’t even that good either. I have no problem paying more for food. But I can’t justify it at five guys. Especially when the food is “meh” at best. I would suggest adding on the menu that certain burgers come with two patties instead of one so your customers can be better informed."

"1st time visiting a 5 guys ever and boy did they knock it out of the park first off the location is next to a place called insomnia cookies I mean that right there is awesome the parking lot was clean and not crowded the entire restaurant was very bright, clean and well stocked being 1st timers the staff was very helpful and very friendly we were able to easily get exactly what we wanted and btw the food was deliciously made fresh with no frozen meat and we could taste the difference the food portions are very generous a regular french fry can feed 2-3 adults and the burgers are very large as well especially if you get your burger with every topping they have at no extra charge (all the way) they had free peanuts for while you wait for your food and the soda machine also peaked my interest it's one of those customize your fountain drink with a variety of flavors, some of our favorites is strawberry/cherry/grape sprite, vanilla with root beer and even on our way out they wished us well we'll definitely stop in again and I'd highly recommend"

"Went on a Wednesday evening, not too busy. Good service. Cashier explained 1st time ordering process for us. Our burgers were very delish! We weren't big fans of the fries as they weren't crispy at all, but that's our personal preference. There were a lot. Should be for the price--expensive. but we really liked the burgers. We'll definitely be back."
