"I’m not sure why this bob evans struggles to give good service but it does. It’s been over a year since my mom and I have been to this location of which the last time we were there they ran out of chicken and we left as 90% of their menu is chicken. We decided to give it another go now a year later and Probably won’t be back to this particular location again. Hostess acted bothered that at 6pm on a Saturday there was an increasing line at the front door when she disappeared into the back for who knows how long as she was not there when we walked in, but others in front of us were mumbling under their breath about how long its taking to be seated. Once seated, Server was not very attentive. Never refilled drinks or asked about refills till the bill was on the table. Food was not hot when received. Just overall an underwhelming experience compared to other franchise in different locations in Michigan. Will support other locations as I love bob evans but no longer this one. Good luck."

"Biscuits and gravy warm biscuits or very hard. I told him I brought more biscuits I use some of the gravy on the other ones waitress should’ve knew not to gravy too. She just wasn’t weathered. She never came back around and filled our coffee. It’s sad nice restaurant."

"Staff is absolutely wonderful and the atmosphere is homey. The food is really good, but could use some more seasoning. If you get the home fries, it's just potatoes. They're good potatoes, but there's no seasoning. Only reason it's 4 instead of 5 stars. :)"

"Dreadful experience. Our waitress was probably the worst I've had on quote sometime.. seemed very bored/checked out. Table of 4, couldn't remember our orders, our drinks, etc. Came with our drinks chucked them all on our table and says I don't know who these are forand runs away. Much the same when our pathetic entrees were served. The perfectly grilled chicken breasts were anything but, thin and burnt to oblivion. The lettuce and tomatoes on the sandwich were horrible and rotten. The fries cold as well as the Mac and cheese. When checking out with the bill,the staff at register were terrible as well.. Don't contact me Bob, just do better. But I'll never be back to a bob evens so I'll never know."

"The hostess seemed bothered that we were there - the waitress was decent but not very attentive - the wait for our food was extremely long. There are several dirty tables that have remained unclean for the entirety of our visit. The morning service is usually much better, though."
