The Grill

"Stopped for lunch at 2:15pm. Placed 2 sandwich orders for us to eat in the restaurant and 1 order to go for my husband at home. I was fine letting the to go order come with our meals, but the waitress said she would place the to go order when she brought our food. Got ready to go and asked where the to go order was. She said she forgot to put in the order and now the kitchen was closed at 3. Unapologetic. Food was nothing special, but fine, however will be a long time before I eat here again, simply because the staff was so inconsiderate"

"The food is great, but the service both times we have been here has been pretty bad. Waiting a long time for things. For example, taking 1.5 hours for breakfast is a really long time. If they could step up the service, it would be a good place to go."

"This is my father and mother -in-law’s go to restaurant on Old Orchard Lake Rd. We have been here several times with them and have had a great experience. Excellent food! Friendly staff. They have a bunch of big screen tvs to watch the games. The photo is Chicken Kabob Greek Salad. I highly recommend this restaurant."

"Awsome time here, staff is amazing and friendly. Lauren is the absolute best! I ordered the spinach egg white omelet, very light and refreshing with a side of crunchy French toast. Everything here is great. I finished breakfast with a delicious mimosa."

"Haven't been here in a while they've changed a lot as far as the atmosphere decor, and now there's outside dining. First off, our waitress Miranda was very professional and upbeat. She helped explain the menu to us as to I had certain allergies. We both ordered lunch. Couple suggestions would help the place out as well as bring more business. I would switch out the metal chairs at the tables for more comfier ones. The ones that they have are very uncomfortable outside. When we went to pay the tab I went to go use the bathroom and it was very dirty. I didn't realize they were about to close. But I'm thinking to myself, why wouldn't they keep the bathroom up? To me the bathroom needs to be clean as much as the kitchen should be if not more. It's hard to get good employees I know cuz I'm a manager. But to give this a five-star, fix those couple things I mentioned, and this place would be A1! On the plus side I really like how they remodeled the inside of the restaurant and has a more bar feel now. And my wife loves mimosas so we're more likely to come back so she can indulge LOL. Otherwise it was a great experience. Will come back and see how things are next time. One last thing would be really cool if they offered nacho chips and salsa complimentary if you bought tacos."
