"I was told the tattoo would be about 6 inches. When he stenciled it out, it was only 3.5. He also “wasn’t told” about the design I wanted. The guy at the front remembers, but not the tattoo artist. I had an appointment and we didn’t even get started til a half hour late. Then he took 4 piercings in between the session. He acted like he was didn’t give a crap about anything. He just expected like it was fine. Didn’t look at us when he spoke to us- which was nearly nothing anyway. The guy at the front desk was amazing though. Bad experience all around and I’ll never go back."

"Very clean lobby, piercing booth and friendly staff. I had Cami as my piercer. I got a helix and Labret. She was very patient with my questions as someone who had never gotten a facial piercing, and answered all of them. However The inside of my lip was off point although the outside was centered, and as someone interesting in switching to a hoop after it healed I knew it would be crooked. so I went back and got it removed and one of the managers was very kind and negotiated with me to come back. I appreciate the service and will come again."

"Went in Tuesday for the 2 for $30 piercings, I had been to another location before back in November, but both piercings got infected so I took them out. :( I was very nervous, but Stephanie was so so kind and sweet and eased all of my fears. She even complimented my keychain!! (very silly) :) the piercings also came out great and she gave good and clear aftercare instructions. Will be back again if I’m looking to get another piercing!!"
