"I received a forearm tattoo a day ago from the shop. They have the best customer service out of all the shops I came encountered since being in Grand Rapids coming all the way from Georgia. They are very professional and will go out their way to make sure you are comfortable. Their expertise is truly one of a kind and I will recommend this to a co-worker. I will be returning soon!"

"Got my first tattoo here two days ago because they joined a cat event and donated 20% to the kitties. The inside is beautiful, the artist was very good and asked me a few times if I was comfortable. She didn't look like she thought I was dumb bc I was hella dumb and kinda overwhelmed, so it was nice! There is a sign up that says "No kids No exceptions" and I really like that. "I got my little paper plane from my apprentice friend Emily who does stick and poke tattoos and I love it. The shop is clean, everyone is friendly, every instrument was sealed and - from what I could tell - the shop was very safe and sanitized and followed the letter of the law. My only complaint - as someone who suffers from asthma - is the burning of incense. I'm still giving them five stars because I never said anything about it so it would be unfair for me to fully judge the shop for it, but if you're like me, just be aware and unlike me, take your inhaler before you go!"

"Opens and closes when they feel like it. Went to get a piercing and the piercer wasn't available. Went to the shop multiple times and still was absent. Finally got him in there, pierced my nose and didn't give any aftercare solution or instructions were offered. Piercing fell out a couple days later. Tried contacting Brad on several occasions even sent him a text. No response. One star is the lowest rating I can give."

"My cousin and I both went in yesterday to get tattoos and Ru did an AMAZING job! We made an appointment 2 days prior and were able to get in without problems. Very friendly staff and very welcoming. Highly recommend."
