"Extremely positive experience working with Michelle. Our daughter's foot is very narrow and thin and difficult to fit. At multiple other shops, they would try to fit her into something that they had in stock that her teachers felt was not at all a good fit. Michelle is knowledgeable and listens and troubleshoots problems. She is now in a pointe shoe that is comfortable and she dances very well in. Once we knew this shoe was a good fit we were in a rush to get two additional pairs in time for Nutcracker but Michelle worked with us and we paid the shipping fee to have them shipped to our home and this saved us so much time and stress. Very happy customer. Getting new pointe shoes is finally a positive experience for our daughter. Amazing selection of leotards here as well."
"Decent selection of leotards, although mostly for adults. Basic selection of tights. Staff is friendly, helpful, and funny. Set-up is a bit off-putting to me, as I generally like to be able to find accessories, gels, and other non-shoe non-clothing items together, rather than artistically spread around the store, but that's just me. My little ballerina LOVES her new leotard~"
