"Ordered two pair of shoes one came and the other was out of stock. I was not aware of the shoes being out of stock, that was January 25th,2020. I still have not received my refund on one pair of shoes. And everyone is giving me the run around."

"The staff are not very friendly unless they know you. One young guy started to wait on me then I wasn't finished he went to someone behind the cash register. Paid for the shoes that I thought I picked out and got home to find out they weren't even the shoes that I picked out. So now have to drive 15 miles back to the store. Hopefully I get the one's I had picked out. Tried calling and got to talk to someone that obviously didn't have her mind in the game as to where she worked. Called back to talk to a manager and they never answered the phone and yet they were still open. Called back the next morning and same thing no answer. Once I go pick the shoes I purchase that will be my last time to foot locker in the muskegon mall. So sad for your business that is bringing your store down. By the way bought boy shoes and ended up with girl shoes when I got home. Smh"
