"I went to pick up some stuff at this store Dec 28th 2023 at 3:25 pm. When I got up front to be checked out, 2 people were running 2 check outs. The 1 checkout had a young man, late teens early 20s. He had shoulder length brown hair that was covering his entire face, the whole time he waited on customers. You could not see any of his face at all. He didn't act like he wanted to be there . I cannot believe that a business that serves the public would allow an employee to wait on customers looking like that. It was disgusting."
"Whoever the man taking bottles back needs a course on customer service. He shouldn't be so bothered counting returns that are purchased here. Then to have to wait for him to wait on other customers even tho I was first was rude and just irritating. Been coming here for years and after today won't be back . I'll still the other e and a that treat their customers like humans . Watched several other cashier's stand around doing nothing to help Theyaren't forced to work here and I'm not forced to spend any more money here"
"Post office closed in store at normal business hours, shouldn't have one in the store if it can't be staffed properly wasting my gas to run Mail to other post office. This has happened a few times that I've noticed shopping here, won't return again."
"I go here often in the evenings for various grocery items. The 2 young men working there tonight (2-26-22) are always friendly, and you always have almost everything I need rather than a huge trip to Meijer. I appreciate this location, and drive to it even though I live 2 minutes from the Wolf Lake location, which I really don't like. The way the guy was detailing the fountain machine tonight while I was in line made me want to recruit him for my own business. Keep it up, and thanks."
