"First off, it takes a lot for something to disappointment me. A barber’s job is hard and I like a barber that takes his time, that being said, the low review isn’t a quality issue (even tho the barbers I booked with never showed up), but a service issue. You’ll have a better experience from the guys handling the walk-ins, no, for real, the customer service from the fellas taking the walk-ins is A+!. If you book with one of the “main barbers” get ready to wait a minimum of 1-2 hours only to be told that the barber you booked with is either out or “forgot” they had a client- my point is, appointments are never honored (I gave them 4 chances, FOUR, shame on me I suppose). With all due respect, ayb alaykom to have people waiting that long while ur just chilling, and to add insult to injury, it’s as if the barbers didn’t even care that they missed the appointments. You’d figure they’d care about retaining customers when there’s 10s of other barber shops within a 5 mile radius from this one.. if you aren’t available for the appointment then modify your availability on the booking apps. The guys handling the walk-ins should manage the place instead, at least they know how to treat customers."

"I recently had an amazing experience with Barber Therapy (ahmad). The cut was top-notch, and the service was the best I've encountered. Respectfully, it's easily the place for the best haircut. Highly recommend! Oh and I can’t forget the owner he super down to earth and also an amazing barber his name is Rafed."
