"I have been taking my kids to get haircuts from Vicky and Danielle since they were 4 or 5 years old. Last week my 16 yr old took my 14 year old for a haircut. It costs $20. My 14 yr old gave Vicky $40, he was unsure as to how much to leave for a tip. Vicky kept all $40, collecting a 100% tip from a kid. She took advantage of a 14 yr old boy who didn’t know any better. As long time customers it was a slap in the face. Lesson learned. We won’t be back."

"I have been going here for about 4 years for haircuts. The last time I was there I had an appointment with the owner (who was scheduled to cut my hair). As I was walking to the front door from the parking lot, she (Vickie) was walking out the rear door. I told her, see you in a few. I assumed she was stepping out for a cigarette break. (Not the first time this has occurred.) I was 2 or 3 minutes early, so that was fine with me. My name was already on the sign-in sheet when I walked in. It was a warm October day, so both doors of the salon were now propped open. I waited several minutes for the stylist to return, and nothing. When I looked towards the rear of the store I could see that she had taken off in her car and left me waiting! My time is just as valuable as hers, so I left and won't be back. Very unprofessional (lack of) customer service."
