It was great to see such high quality brands stocked in a clean store that was easy and pleasant to navigate. My daughter ended up picking a jellycat from their extensive collection. "Little Seedling is the definition of why you should shop local. They carry all of the top brand baby stuff and have the knowledge and experience to talk about all of it. If they don’t have something in stock, they will order it for you. They can tell you everything you need to know about purchasing major items like car seats and strollers, highchairs, etc. and they have examples in the store, so you can physically see them and try them out. They will really take the time to educate you on making the best decision and even filled out my warranty paperwork and mailed it in for me. As a new mom their insight was incredibly helpful, and the more I go in there the more I realize they have just about everything you need for each developmental stage. They also have our favorite brands of clothing, bibs and accessories, like copper and pearl and babyBjorn. I couldn’t recommend Little Seedling enough, both for the products and the people."

"I just have to write a review about this wonderful shop, even though I’ve never been there in person. We live in Chicago and I was searching all over for a certain Easter basket for our child, and I found it on their website. Their website gave a text messaging number to contact so I decided to text it, not knowing if/when I would hear from someone since I don’t know anything about this shop and didn’t know what to expect. I was so pleasantly surprised when I heard back from someone named Alicia on text within THREE minutes! She confirmed the item I was looking for was in stock. The website gave two size options, but didn’t give a place to choose, so I asked her about the size we needed and she confirmed they had it. I placed an order on the website and they had the package shipped out in the mail right away the next day. It arrived very quickly in Chicago and it’s the correct basket in the correct size! I was blown away by the communication and Customer Service, as well as the accuracy with everything. Highly recommended, even if you are not local to their shop. The online ordering and texting for assistance was a great experience. Thank you so much for giving that personalized attention and detail that so many other places seem to lack nowadays.
