"Fine to shop at. Trying to sell back is a bit ridiculous. Particular about the type of “receptacle” you bring clothes to be picked. In ways that don’t make any practical sense. Seems more like they don’t want you to bring clothes to exchange, even though it makes up 90% of their inventory. I thought I would try to get some money back but I’ll pry just donate somewhere else and save myself the hassle in the future. In response: While I understand your requests to limit quantity, you are still accepting items from peoples homes. I can understand asking for items to be cleaned and organized but anything can become “musty” if kept in poor conditions. Asking for a very specific tote, plastic container or laundry basket isn’t equitable."

"I love this place! If you have the time to look through everything, you will find amazing deals and such cute items. The employees at check out are always so kind. I always walk out with a large bag. I've found some cute vintage toys, and always find TONS of clothes for my infant and toddler. Some may find it overwhelming bc they have so much to choose from, but i love it! Always good quality, no gross stains, and they often have great clearance!"

"This is a great place to buy used baby/kids clothes and toys. However, I suggest if you’re looking to get any return on your item you try selling on Facebook marketplace or other outlets first. I sold 3 items today for a total of $19 luckily they were either given to me free or purchased 2nd hand."

"I brought in a tote of items to sell. I received less than $1 per item. I had name-brand clothes such as an Adidas tracksuit, Nike outfit, and some high-end boutique items. What frustrated me most is that they bought only part of multiple outfits. I had a 3-piece outfit, and they would buy just one piece. This makes it impossible to resell nice outfits or donate them later on. It was very clear what outfits went together. Everything was thrown back into the tote in a huge mess. I will never sell here again."
