"I had previously left a bad review, and have deleted it. There’s a process to selling here and I’m ashamed that I lacked the common sense to figure it out, but I’ll share in case it hadn’t clicked for others. They get several sells a day, and because of that, they’re more rushed the more sellers they have. To boot, they have to stock shelves, take inventory, check out customers, and handle customer issues, as well as clean the store and count the cab drawers. So, if you have a large amount to sell, or really anything at all, it’d be best to just call in and inform them and ask when it’d be best to bring in your items, so they have adequate time to go through it. Next, there’s high demand for some things and more demand for others. That’s just the way things go. Finally, it helps a great deal if you make sure any clothing items you’re selling are as wrinkle free as possible, and don’t have any strings hanging, stains, tears, etc."
