"I get rid of clothes here often and have never had a bad experience. They usually get stuff looked at relatively quickly and truthfully all of their offers are fair, I’ve been offered more than expected multiple times and I normally take brand name things we all typically own. At the end of the day I’m giving away clothes I will never wear again so anything is better than nothing. From a shopping standpoint their inventory is always changing, and it’s like a higher end thrift store at times you just have to take your time and don’t skip a hanger. I’ll check platos before the mall 100%"
"Workers saw us waiting to checkout and just ignored us until I asked them to check us out, everyone gave us ugly looks and we’re annoyed of us, even though we didn’t do anything. Do not recommend shopping here"
"I went to this location to sell and do some small shopping before moving states, mind you, was leaving the very next morning. I only found 2 items I was interested in and went to checkout once they were finished looking through my clothes that I wanted to sell. They offered me 25$ for my clothes (I was fine with that & accepted the offer) and then they began to ring me up for the 2 items I chose. After ringing up my TWO new items, the lady said I’d be getting 95 cents. As soon as she said that, she hit the key to finalize the transaction. I sat there for a second then asked her how much the hoodie was. 18$. I told her I made a mistake and I thought it was 8$. The manager came over and told me they have a strict return policy and I cannot get my $ back but offered me in store credit. Where I was moving to does not have a playtos within a 45 minute drive, which I explained and as I OPENLY accepted responsibility for my part in misreading the tag, I also expressed that the employee told me the total as she pressed the button to finalize the transaction which didn’t even give me opportunity to acknowledge the mistake. She refused to give me my money back which I know she could have. I’ve worked in retail before and have dealt with strict return policies. There is always leeway for unique situations like this. Yes I made the mistake of misreading the tag, but the employee also didn’t allow me any room to accept my total. The manager was giving ZERO resolutions to the problem aside from in store credit which I was not taking due to there not being one in my area. Eventually my friend came up with selling the item back to them. So I got 8$ back. Again, I completely understand I had fault in it for misreading the tag, but I was not the only one who messed up- just the only one who had to accept consequences :) cause god forbid a company looses $."
"Good store Some prices are way too high Don't go in here if you have bad allergies. Its dusty and not to mention the clothes from possible pet owners is inconvenient for people who have pet allergies. The place is as well organized as possible."
"The associates are rude, not one person smiles or greats you. They make you feel like you're bothering them when that's their whole job. They said my daughters items were out dated, obviously they know nothing about fashion for youth or young adults, there were items in the racks that were more outdated and over priced than my items. They made us feel very uncomfortable and we will not being going back."
