"The people at the store were polite. I had no problem with them. However after I canceled my account, billing charged me for now 4 months. They also told me I had a 7+ dollar late fee and I was never late. ( that was one of the charges after I cancelled). This last one was $96.00. The store NOT CORPORATE! told me it was still fees on my phone. I was never informed of that. They just randomly took my money without warning."

"The phone guy was completely rude and the girl just followed suit with him. Ridiculously over priced.. 40 bucks for a phone case? Um no. Just the Whole experience was horrible. No good phones either. Just a horrible overall experience I'll never go back. Ever. Either will my friends and family. That man needs to be fired!!! Big rapids mi.!"

"If I could leave negative stars I would. T mobile is terrible phone service and adds so many fees and overcharges every single customer I've ever seen go in the store. They screwed me over as well. T Mobile is the worst phone service out of anyone. The phones they sell you are not worth 10$, yet they charge between 160-1600$ for them. My 20$ family dollar phone had better service for years and always worked well. We've had to get 4 new phones already.."

"Outstanding service from the Big Rapids store. I talked with Joe before I visited. He was very knowledgeable about everything regarding T-mobile phones, cell service, internet, and plans. I had Verizon and I was apprehensive about changing to a different cell provider. Joe walked me through all of the details and told me that I could try out the service and cancel if I wasn't happy. I visited the store and walked out with an iPhone 13 for my wife (she was using a Galaxy 7 prior) and I got a iPhone 14 (trading in my iPhone 11). We have great coverage in our area. While I was there, Joe and Julia talked to me about the T-mobile internet. Again I could try it and bring it back if I didn't like it. Outstanding! It works great with our 5g network in our area. I'm paying $50 less a month for phones and internet going through my Big Rapids T-mobile store. Wonderful people wonderful experience."
