T-Mobile Authorized Retailer 7151 West 48th Street, Fremont, MI 49412

"I stopped into the Fremont location today to add a line to my current plan and upgrade a phone on an existing line. I was told that it was mandatory that we pay for the insurance for at least 4 months for both phones then we could cancel it (turns out he actually only added the coverage to one of them anyway). I was also told that as part of the "promotion" we were getting, it was mandatory that we purchase 2 accessories per phone (we spent over $80 on the over priced accessories ) The employee also told me that with the promotions we were getting, we needed to switch our plan to a better one. Finally, we were told the tracker was free as part of the promotion and he had to give it to us. After I got home and talked to a few people, I decided to call T-Mobile Customer Care. The insurance and accessories were NOT required. There is a fee for the tracker which he never went over, and we absolutely did not have to switch plans. The "better" plan was of no benefit to us and was actually more expensive. It's really unfortunate that the T-Mobile employee blatantly lied about many things ( assuming to help towards his sales goals). I wonder how many other customers he has lied to?"

"Stopped in this store at 4pm on 7/22. Came in very well prepared after researching new service and phones for my husband and myself prior to arrival on the internet. Thought this would be an easy transition for the service person. Unfortunately instead of hearing what we wanted, the rep spent her time telling us why we couldn’t have what we wanted and only what she said we could get. She spoke down to us, was unwilling to look at what we researched on the internet and we left the store empty-handed in under 5 minutes."
