"The only reason why I go there is because the barber that does my hair does a great job but other then that, the place can use and update from furniture to the front desk area, plus some of the barbers don't really have filter in a way of being professionals, feels like I'm in a high-school room."

"My appointment was @ 2. I arrived at 1:55. I sat there until 2:20 before someone finally took my son back. For 20 minutes, 3 other people could have easily started cutting my son's hair but they sat around on their cell phones. The person that did cut my son's hair, wasn't even who the appointment was with, and he asked the other 3 guys to start it, but they all were "too busy". Despite all the hassle, my son's hair turned out great. I wish I remembered there name of the barber, but he looked like the youngest one there and seemed like the most professional of all the employees. That's the only reason I am giving 2 stars. It was very pricey, but I left the Barber a very good tip because I was disappointed in all the others there and their lack of professionalism. Anyways, I'll never go back to Icy Barber Shop."
