"So I had made an appointment a few days prior to my event. I have short naturally curly hair and could not decide what I wanted to do with it. When I got to the salon, I checked in and waited about 20 minutes for my appointment. When I sat down in the chair, the stylist I had booked told me she could not style my hair because she had no clue how to style short hair, so she wanted her "curly hair babe" to come style it for me if she had the time to do it. When the next stylist came over, she wanted to put twists in my hair to give it an asymmetrical look since it was a short hairstyle. The stylist proceeded to wash my hair, put two different types of curl cream in and diffuse it. She also put one twist in my hair with one Bobby pin. I assumed their would be more to this style, but there wasn't and I was charged $45 on top of feeling obligated to tip 20% for a style that I could've done myself seeing as I have all the products that were used to style my hair. My hairstyle took 15 minutes to complete and I was left feeling very disappointed and upset that I had spent well over $50 for a hairstyle that I, myself, couldve completed on my own. This was not money well spent, and if you are unable to style every kind of hair than the title of "hairdresser" does not apply to you. After all, the original stylist I had booked informed me that she only does color and cuts but no styling. What? Why would I even be booked for someone who can't style hair when I specifically asked for a hairstyle and made it very clear that I had short hair? Long story short, I felt as if this was a waste of my time and my money. Money doesn't grow on trees and I work very hard for what I make. Very disappointed and don't think I will be making future appointments. The one star rating was only selected because there wasn't an option for zero stars."

"I had the pleasure of Hanna giving my hair a blow out after a shampoo and conditioner treatment. She also styled my hair. 10\10 recommend. She's very professional, and friendly. A joy to be around. The salon itself is very clean and prestine. Was offered complimentary snacks and drink. They make you feel right at home. It was a very welcoming experience."
