"i went in with a friend + her nails took 30 minutes. unfortunately mine took the nail tech almost 2 hrs... my nails have never looked worse. i asked for dip + tip and that’s what i got… but she proceeded to paint them with polish after she dipped them… for a very long time… which is something i have never seen anyone do? she got the shape wrong, they are sooooo thick!! they look horrible, they look as if they have been grown out for a week. not impressed with this place at all. waste of my time + money… now i have to get them redone."
