"I use to really enjoy going in there, they all knew me by name, they would keep me up-to-date on items and releases. Multiple times I would end up chatting it up for a while. Now that a lot of the employees quit , when I’m in there I feel like I’m a burden , ridiculously slow and not because they’re short staffed. Horrible energy in the room. It’s sad. They are losing a very good customer. And pro member."
"Stood in like for 6 minutes waiting to be cashed out. 2 employees sat in their chairs and completely ignored us. Just left without purchasing anything. Someone could just walk in there and steal things, and they wouldn’t even notice. Absolutely no customer service.. service at all! Will not be returning."
