"Third time was NOT a charm. After three times of being told my scripts were ready, not only did I still have to wait approx. 1 hour the 1st visit, they also did not have my allergy med each of the last 3 times I picked up scripts after telling me they did"

"I wish I could give zero stars. This was on a Fri., one lady in the pharmacy was going to deny me my pain meds until Monday so she could talk to the head pharmacist because SHE thinks I'm getting to many pills for a 23 day supply. I said, so you are telling me that I have to go all weekend in pain because YOU, that is NOT my DOCTOR thinks I don't need them. What bull$*it ? then, which is none if her business, she ask what my diagnosis was and I proceeded to tell her, (I shouldn't have) I told her Bone Cancer, she replied, 0oh well then I will get it filled for you. Now you tell me how that is right, it is not. In my opinion, broken toe, bone cancer, broken leg, whatever. Who is she to say how many pain pills I need."

"I just want to say that we switched to your pharmacy after having several issues with Walgreens over the years- and we are so glad we made the switch. Every person I've talked with over the phone and in person has been accurate, punctual, helpful, and KIND!"

"If I could I would give them zero stars. They never have medication ready when I call and then when we also show up! Give you a couple minutes! You had all day yesterday! Really takes two days! My daughter has two infections and needs her Anabiotic’s. This isn’t the first time either! Multiple times it has happen! Better management or something! Lazy and Inconvenient"

"Poor customer service. Long lines. Awful communication. Can't give accurate estimates for medicine costs. Drive through has asked me to come inside multiple times I have wasted so many hours here, I'm just disgusted. I eventually went to Cadillac family pharmacy instead. Switched everything there and was very happy. They aren't very high tech, but get the job done quickly and efficiently and with friendly staff. Forgot to change one doctor and had to go to Meijer again. Huge bummer. Was very disappointed."
