"Came in today for a work injury to get my prescription. Haley was absolutely rude to me and didn't want to help at all. Because my insurance didn't cover it. I said it was workers comp. Well you need to call them for the info. Told her I had it on my phone. Ignored! Called my employer and went back to the counter where a nice older lady helped get everything I needed off my phone where I told Haley it was, and got ignored. Most likely never returning to rite aide again. This isn't the first rite aide that has been rude to me because I have Meridian insurance. Heaven forbid you are going through tough times and need a little help. Edit: Came back a year later for a prescription from my dentist. I was told they didn't have it. Called my dentist and they called rite aide apparently they had my prescription, but because they don't take my insurance anymore they didn't fill it, or let me know they don't take my insurance. Very poor customer service. I definitely still stand with my 1 star rating. No wonder these stores are closing. I asked her for a recommendation as to where in town took my insurance. She said every where but here. Thanks for not helping once again. I transferred over to family fare. The pharmacist is super nice and was very helpful."
