"We were recommended by our wedding planner and drove to Novi from Shelby township which was no big deal at all. We have 8 groomsmen and 2 father’s tuxes and my husbands tux. President tuxedo managed to mix up 70% of our tuxedos including the grooms! My husband and his brother went to the Rochester hills location. They were 3 sizes off on my husbands tuxedo and treated him awful. He said to them there’s no way you’re letting me walk in my wedding like this? The lady said well because of your body type and your so tall, normally people of your size are heavier in the abdomen and she tried to justified why he looked like he was wearing a garbage bag. Even another male customer in your store said there is no way you’re letting him go to his wedding looking like that. The best man which is my brother in law had a burned mark on his forearm of his button up.I called corporate 3 times and never even received a call back. I never even was refunded or credited anything for all of the messed up tuxes. Honestly, I would rather pay more and receive at least an accurate size then deal with this right before our wedding. My husband had to run out to a custom tux store and pay a ridiculous amount for a last minute tux. The owner of the custom designed shop literally had his tailor working on his tux almost overnight because of what happened at President tuxedo. I would have rather paid thousands more than receive this type of treatment from a big company like this. Not even a call back from the corporate office Is extremely poor customer service. I’m a very simple and easily pleasable bride but for my husband and I to have to experience this is extremely unprofessional for our wedding. This was a very special moment for us and receiving numerous phone calls also from my bridal party that their tuxes were wrong is unnacceptable. If you asked me would I recommend this company I would say absolutely not. I can see companies making a mistake but then their corporate office not taking responsibility and compensating for it wouldn’t even happen in a 3rd world country let alone in a national tuxedo company."

"President Tuxedo was great!! My now husband looked absolutely amazing!! He was so worried and wanted a slim fit and we made sure of that multiple times during our visits to the store. They hit it spot on, not only he looked so handsome in his well fit tux all the other guys and fathers looked great too!! Dan loved it so much he wanted to buy the tux he wore!!! One day we might!!! :)"

Elyse especially was very quick to communicate with us, whether by text, call, or email, and prompt in responses. We felt like she was always trying to help us find the "best deal", which isn't always a priority for many companies! We greatly enjoyed working with them, and their deals are definitely the best around."

"I'm very pleased with the service we received for our wedding. Everything arrived when they said it would and some items came in a few days early. We had a fairly large wedding party and there was no way we could meet for a group fittings. The store kept me updated as the guys came in and let me how everything was going via text. I was even able to send one tux to another mall to make it more convenient for my brother who lives in another part of Michigan and would not be driving in until the night before the wedding. I would definitely recommend them."
