"Went in Monday and the blonde worker only sat on her phone. No help for 5 minutes with her not even acknowledging me. I'd rather drive 30 minutes to Fairlane just to get a pair of shoes then go back there. Need better management !!"

"Love! This is the only Journey's store I will shop at. I was just recently there and was helped by a young woman named Autumn who was incredibly kind and helpful! Perfect customer service. She helped me find exactly what size and style I wanted and was very attentive. Unfortunately the store seems to be lacking variety. I couldn't find a style shoe I had saw online. :("
"Every time I’ve been in this store, the staff has always been friendly, cheerful, and eager to help. Even when the store has been busy, the employees do their best to make sure every customer has been greeted and has been helped. It’s hard to find size 14 in men but the staff has always gone above and beyond to help me out, and returns and exchanges have always been so smooth and easy. Truly a really great location to shop for shoes!"
