"I went to store to ask for the lost receipt, the store person cant print a receipt and handed over a number, called that number, answered by a rude lady and declined to issue a receipt saying its their policy. I asked her to handover the phone to someone else who can help . She said i am the supervisor and hung up the phone call. Such rude customer service. Stay away from this ."

"There is a large selection of child and adult shoes. Determining size is a matter of real investigation since there doesn't seem to be a great system. There is also sock and random accessories and bag wear. The people aren't very pleasant to work with. The lady also seemed really bothered when I asked for her help."

"I’m a frequent shopper because their prices are so amazing. During my shopping trip today I noticed they have new staff and manager (Mel) who all definitely are a refreshing change from the old rude unhelpful staff and management. The store used to be a hit or miss dusty bargain basement but they have redone the whole store and now it’s a trendy low priced shoe store that I can’t wait to shop at again very soon."

"This was a decent place to pick up a good pair of shoes. I needed new work shoes, and we went to check them out. The selection is limited if your not big on the Nike brand; which I am not, but the selection is not horrible. Decent selection of casual dress shoes, and running shoes. The prices were more in my desired range for work shoes, which helped my budget. The staff was friendly, and the store was clean with no issues finding the size I needed."

"I LOVE this store!!! I have ridiculously large and wide feet . Yes it's sad i know... but they have a ton of options and they're prices are great! Name brand shoes at an affordable price. Options for all the kids and the hubs too. My place of choice for shoes for over a year now."
