"What a treasure of a shop! 36,000 square feet of everything from new to vintage to antique. Definitely not gonna leave empty handed. Certainly can spend hours here as there’s so much to see and explore, yet it isn’t overwhelming. Staff are helpful and kind. Prices are good! And seems like the inventory changes regularly so there’s always something new. Will definitely be back even though it’s a drive."
"I used to like this place as it offered useful 2nd hand furniture that was nice yet at decent prices. I am not sure what happened in the last few years but this place has gotten so expensive. I can afford new but love to thrift. But think this one is going off my repertoire unfortunately."
"Terrible experience when I took items in for consignment for the first (and last) time. Extremely unprofessional, do not recommend. I took in 2 boxes of items from my mother's estate, not really sure what they would take. The lady who helped me was quick and seemed professional. She accepted 22 items. They never appeared on my account, and then 12 days later, I received a generic email that I had items to be picked up. I went in to the store and they brought out my box, still full. They actually accepted only one item, out of the 22 they had previously accepted. I did receive a semi-sincere apology, but was told multiple times how busy they are and that they are using volunteers. Clearly not training the volunteers. I asked why I didn't get a courtesy phone call since it was completely their fault, and again was told how busy they are and how it was "easier" to send the generic email without any apology or explanation. And, to add to the fun, the item they kept will likely sell for $10 or less, of which I am entitled to 50%. They have a $12.00 minimum to cut a check, or it gets rolled over to the next month. Because they couldn't even bother to call me to explain what happened, I will never take anything there again, so I basically just donated a small item to them."
"First time in, and spent 3 hours in what left like 2 minutes. The staff is very very polite and friendly but gives you space to explore. Lots of antique things, good prices and in good shape. Highly recommended for a quiet yet still fun date night. Just an infinite amount of things to look at, yet the layout is cozy and uncluttered. A very very awesome experience will be back very soon."
"Great location and a big store. Worth the drive. Allot of variety with different vendors. There is so much to look at that it might take awhile to walk around. Furniture, dishes, clothes, all kinds of gifts , some of the stuff is new or old, Michigan made things, clearance area and so much more. They do have restrooms if needed. Customer service is wonderful. Love this store and will be back."
