"Will not be coming to this location again. They are clearly understaffed, which is not the workers’ fault. It is the fault of the managers and McDonalds corporate. I waited for a simple combo meal for 40 minutes. Was asked to “pull to the side” and then they lost my order. Why would you have a location that serves multiple massive businesses in the area but not have enough employees to operate it."

"Not a great experience, use kiosk along with many other families. Apparently the tickets weren't going through. After patiently waiting 30 minutes at a "fast food" place we had to go up front to only be passed by numerous team members not asking a question or questioning why there were 20+ people in the dining room with no food. Finally got our kiddos ice cold chicken nuggets. We do visit other locations moving forward and avoid your one."

"With the recent closure of the McDonald's across from the airport, I have observed that this location has absorbed a lot of the morning customers. At this time they are ill-equipped with the proper staffing to accommodate the new influx of customers. The employees were friendly but flustered. I'll give this location a pass for now and will revisit it in a few weeks to see if things have improved. So in the meantime prepare for a 20-minute wait."

"I'm very disappointed. We placed a curb side order and waited a ridiculous amount of time.. finally went in, and they had not started our meal. Wayched 16 cars leaves the drive-through. The manager told us that the curbside order is on a different screen..that is unacceptable. People should be served at the same rate or faster than the drive-through..that is the whole point.. instead, we were forgotten. Then to top it off, no mayo on my chicken sadwhich, totally dry.."
