"all food was cold, sausages were crispy cold and bacon is hard and cold. I suggest training cooks or you train them to serve fresh food. All was extra overdone and dry. A bad cook will ruin your business. Make them cook hard meal for you. No more hiring mistakes. God bless your business. Hope it's better next time."

"This location is kind of sad honestly. There is no music playing, ambiance is quiet and awkward. Food was very, very dry (bbq beef bowl). Server never asked how everything was or offered a refill, had to flag her down. Place was not busy. Bathroom was disgusting, one urinal out of order and brown inside, other was covered in hair and urine. Stall toilet had a lake underneath it. I worked for Bob Evans for seven years and the place has really fallen down. I’m not sure who’s paying $20 for a meal that tastes bad, bad service, and the portion so small you leave hungry."

"We have seen quite a few Bob Evan's restaurants during our 30-day road trip. We decided to try them for breakfast in Portege. The interior of the restaurant has a bit of a farm and country theme. My wife had an open faced Omlett. It had sausage, eggs, potatoes, gravy covering everything along with cheese. It was very tasty, but she noted, for her, there were more potatoes than she liked. She had the banana bread, 2 slices, and it was excellent. I had the rise and shine breakfast. It came with 2 eggs, 3 slices of bacon, potatoes, and toast. It was okay, but nothing special."

"As normal, excellent continued service and delicious meal. You get great food and service at this location. Doug has been the employee who has provided us with top rate service the last few times visiting the restaurant. The coffee is topped off regularly, and the food is cooked to order. Onions with the potatoes when asked. As we continue to meet at Bob Evan's. The service is one of the reasons we return. The meals and selections are very good, however, less generous than in the many years prior. Congratulations to Doug. 20 years of providing great service. We appreciate it."
