"I would like to commend "Aroura" who shared me with a Professional, Personal experience and Delightful Personality when I went shopping at the Men's Warehouse Center Point Mall location in Grand Rapids Michigan. I am a religious education teacher preparing my second-grade class for their first 'Communion" at our local church, I went to the Men's Warehouse to purchase a Salmon colored blazer and matching colored necktie to dress for this occasion. "Aroura" was awesome to work with as she measured me for a blazer. Then found the blazer on the Men's Warehouse website and ordered it and sent it to my home, I was so happy with her pleasant personality and personal attention, I purchased more clothes including a purple vest a purple dress shirt a hound's tooth winter coat and a pair of black dress pants. I want to say thank you again to "Aroura" and I highly recommend her for sharing her pleasant personality and experience with YOU when YOU shop at the Men's Warehouse."

"Aiden was incredibly helpful when I came in to get fitted for my wedding. He was professional, patient, and his expertise was apparent in the short amount of time working with him in the store. From the beginning of the interaction to the end, he was efficient, timely and did not hesitate at any point in the process, this guy knows his stuff and performs at a high level."

"I came in looking for a suit for a wedding. I spent almost $700. The problem was the staff. No one wanted to help me. Never took a measurement until I insisted. The internet was so slow that they almost couldn't check me out. Go where they want your business. I would avoid this location. I believe it was a judgment based on what I was wearing. Old jeans and t shirt with old shoes. Don't judge a book by its cover."

"We had ordered 3 suits for my groomsmen, got measured and sized for jacket, shirt, and pants. All set to go. Our wedding was this past weekend, October 14, 2023 and all three are from out of town and no chance to try them on before the wedding. When getting ready the morning of, one had pants about 6 inches too short, and a snug shirt. The next had a shirt that was a large when he needed a 2xl. The third had a shirt that was a small and needed a large, as well as pants short by approximately 3 inches. They were extremely embarrassed and no time to alter anything. Thankfully Meijer had a shirt in the correct size for one, but the pants had to be worn extremely short. All three were also wrinkled and extremely uncared for in transport. We will never do business with your company again, nor will we recommend anyone else do the same."

"I want to start off by saying if I could give them Negative stars I would ! This was the worst customer service experience we have ever received. We had to go up there a minimum of 4 times to for the wedding parties clothes. It still was not right at all . Everything that could have been wrong was wrong , Size , Color , Quantity. Just Horrible. We addressed all of our issues with the Management and they were absolutely no help at all. Everyone in this location is so under trained and unprofessional it is unreal. We live 45 minutes from this location and we had to there so many times , we finally had to say whatever and deal with what they gave us for n the wedding day . This place has a just a absolute joke , I would not recommend anyone to go here ever for anything . If I could return the suit I purchased from there I would . I want nothing to remind me of this horrible experience. If you do decide to go here just remember the management is no help what so ever . I still have not received a message from the regional manager that I was told was calling me ."
