"I went in to see if I could get measured for an upcoming wedding, and potentially decide if I wanted to have them make a custom suit for my own later this year. I know my measurements but wanted to be accurate. I was not greeted or welcomed upon walking in, and felt like a nuisance to the employee. I was told they don't do measurements unless they knew "exactly what style I would be wearing." I've never had this happen when getting measured for any other event. They lost a potential customer. The tone and wording of the response further enforces my review."

He offered everything I needed - jacket, pants, dress shirt, tie, shoes, socks, belt and every other detail. There was tons of premium options to pick from and he offered great suggestions.
