"Order went fine. Tried be as polite as possible. I get my ice cream in the drive through and there is chocolate syrup all over the container. Gets all over my freshly cleaned interior, in my hands, best part is I can’t tell at first because it was dark out. I understand it’s hard to find employees in general right now but you have to be kidding me. I assume the kid was a college student because he had a grand valley shirt on but come on. I had to ask for a lid and napkins twice so I could attempt to clean my car and myself with rain water and napkins. Worst experience I have honestly ever had at a drive through and I’ve had wrong orders more times than I can count on my fingers and toes but never have I had to clean myself, my food, and my car after a simple drive through visit. Would not recommend until they have at least one new kid with a decent head on their shoulders that cares about customer service. Maybe college kids need a required credit on basic manors."

"i loved their hot dogs and chicken bites were decent. there hot fudge shake tasted like vanilla and most definitely needed more hot fudge. it would also be convenient to have trash cans outside where i can put the drink carriers in which i don’t like."
