"Th., 9/27 Grossly understaffed today. 1 regular checkout lane open - 15 customers deep at 4 pm; 3 self checkout lanes (2 blinking) 5+ customers each. Gentlemen in from of me was a 'dash' shopper/delivery person, was his 3rd time there today & said it had been line that all day. I was late to an appt. for what should have been an in/out trip."
