"After calling the store, speaking to a manager, and verifying I was able to return shoes I made a trip to the mall. I walked in and felt very unwelcome. The two sales associates were sitting on boxes behind the counter on their phones. As I approached the counter there was no greeting, no attempt to offer assistance, nothing). The girls just looked up at my family and then back down at their phones, completely ignoring our presence. When I made it to the counter one of the girls looks up at me and immediately walks away. The other finishes her text and then asks if she can help me. I inform them that I had a return (a baby sandal that immediately broke when I put it on my daughter’s foot). The strap that was glued improperly was the only damage. The shoes were never worn and was purchased the week prior. The girl goes in the back and the “manager” comes to the front looks at the shoes and my receipt then states she can’t refund them. I ask why, she states because the strap is broken. I informed her that the strap is the reason for the return and that I spoke to someone the day prior. She very rudely states “Well I can’t refund it. The manager can refund it ,she works days, but I can’t refund it.” I pointed out that the return policy covers quality defects. She repeats that she’s not refunding it. I left the store and went to the Hall Road location immediately after… they refunded the shoes without a single issue. I’ll never give this location another cent of my money. Customer service is nonexistent at this location."
